The Smart Energy GB media team only deals with enquiries from the media.

Smart Energy GB will not be able to assist you with questions about your energy bill, the functioning of your smart meter or any other issues relating to your account with your energy supplier. These questions should be directed to your energy supplier.

We politely ask that members of the public and businesses do not use this press line, which is monitored by a duty press officer and is for media enquiries only.
