Smart Energy GB responds to SMETS2 installation figures
Responding to the announcement today (7 January 2019) from the Data Communications Company (DCC) that 250,000 second generation SMETS2 smart meters have now been installed Robert Cheesewright, Director of Corporate Affairs at Smart Energy GB said:

We are now seeing a rapid escalation in the number of installations of second generation meters and this is great news for consumers, the economy and our environment.
